FULFILLMENT POLICY

Delivery — Orders received by 5pm EST Monday-Friday ships the following business day.

Orders received on the weekends ships within 2-3 business days USD only.

Electronic Delivery-The majority of our products and services are received immediately via download through email. If product is not received email us within 24 business hours at:

Courses and Consulting-Clients receive courses and consulting as indicated and receive email confirmation immediately upon payment receipt with all access to portals, online classes and links.

USPS Ground shipping is standard, unless otherwise specified. Orders exceeding UPS weight or size limits can ship via common carrier of your choice.

Returns — No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. All claims with respect to the products purchased must be brought to our attention promptly, and in writing. Any claim or non-conformity not reported to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of

the goods are waived.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds — Absolutely no refunds. If there is a problem with products or services, they will be replaced once received back to us. Client is responsible for shipping items back.
