1. How will I receive my digital patterns?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an instant download link. You will also receive an email with the files. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

2. What file formats do you provide?

Patterns are provided in JPG format, high resolution 300 DPI, ensuring excellent print quality. Size is 12 inches x 12 inches.

3. Can I use these patterns for commercial projects?

Yes! You can use my patterns for physical end products like fabric, stationery, packaging, and more. However, they cannot be resold, altered, or used for digital products (see the Terms of Use page for full details).

4. Can I use these patterns for print-on-demand (POD) services?

No, my patterns cannot be used for print-on-demand sites like Redbubble, Spoonflower, or Society6.

5. Can I modify the patterns?

No, the patterns cannot be altered, edited, or used to create new designs.

6. What does exclusive and non-exclusive patterns mean?

Exclusive patterns are sold only once, though variations in different colourways may be made available to other buyers. Non-exclusive patterns may be sold multiple times. Additionally, some design elements may be reused to create new patterns. All patterns and designs remain the copyrighted property of Doodle Play Studio (Jayne Brown).

7. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your files, please contact me, and I will be happy to help.

8. Do you take custom requests?

At this time, I am not accepting custom orders, but I do love to hear your ideas and themes for future patterns! Please contact me using the form on the Contact page.
