We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
To request a return:
- Email us at avglowup4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide detailed instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. The amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Damaged or defective products:
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will help resolve the issue (either with a replacement or a refund).
