The No-Think Family Dinner System is a digital product delivered electronically after purchase. Because access is provided immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• Your payment was successful, but you did not receive access to the product.

• The supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You received a product that is materially different from its description.

Send your request to etosaku145@gmail.com within seven days of purchase. Include the email address used for the order, the purchase date and a short explanation of the problem. Please do not include your card details, banking password or other sensitive financial information.

Where possible, we will first restore access, replace a faulty file or correct the delivery problem. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate refund may be considered.

A change of mind, failure to use the product or an accidental purchase after successful delivery does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
