July just ended — and for me, it wasn’t just another page on the calendar.
It was my birth month, my mother’s 77th birthday, and my sister’s birthday, too. But beyond the celebrations, it became a spiritual marker in my life — a month of unexpected blessings, deep surrender, and a reminder of one powerful truth:
Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
— Hebrews 11:6
A Month Full of Gratitude
We celebrated as a family. I reflected on God’s faithfulness not just over the last year, but over the last month. July was the highlight of my 2025 so far.
Why?
Because in the middle of everything — God surprised me with someone very special. I wasn’t chasing it. I wasn’t trying to manipulate outcomes. I was simply… surrendered.
Surrendered in my career.
Surrendered in my business.
Surrendered in my relationships.
And it was in that posture of faith that God moved. He showed me: when we seek His face, when we wait on Him — He sends the right opportunities, the right people, and the right timing.
Faith in the Middle of Brokenness
Did I mention that I launched my eBook last month — “He Made All Things Beautiful: 35 Lessons at 35” — without a laptop?
It was broken.
All I had was my phone.
A tiny screen. A lot of prayer. And sheer obedience.
But the Holy Spirit gave me grace.
He reminded me: Your limitations don’t limit Me.
Then, just a few days ago, I felt a nudge — “Open your laptop and pray.”
I did. I prayed, “Lord, I really need this to work.”
And it turned on. After all those months. It turned on. I was stunned. I’m using it right now. And even my 10-year-old daughter used it to create her very first game.
God moves in big ways.
But He also moves in the small.
And He moves in response to faith.
📖 What Hebrews 11 Reminds Us
Hebrews 11 is often called the “Faith Hall of Fame.”
We meet Noah, Abraham, Moses, Rahab, and others who saw the invisible, believed the impossible, and obeyed even when it was unreasonable.
Noah built an ark before it ever rained.
Abraham walked away from everything familiar with nothing but a promise.
Moses refused the comfort of royalty to suffer with his people.
Their lives shout to us:
Faith isn’t easy. But it is essential.
God moves through those who believe.
What God Is Saying This August
As we step into August, here’s what I believe God is saying:
“I’m calling you to deeper faith.”
Faith to:
- Believe before you see.
- Obey before you understand.
- Praise before you receive.
And here’s a challenge for all of us:
Let’s not just study faith. Let’s live it.

🙌 Let’s walk in faith — and watch God move.
Faith doesn’t guarantee comfort.
But it guarantees God’s presence.
And His presence changes everything.
Let’s believe again.
Let’s obey again.
Let’s watch God move — again.
