Generally speaking, I test all my mods, poses and commissions ingame before I post them or upload them. I also have my partner or friends test them for me to double check.

If you still have issues with a mod not working here are some possible reasons and solutions:

The piercings are floating below / above your face or don't fit properly.

You may be using the wrong sculpt for the piercings. I urge everyone to read the titles and descriptions before purchasing my mods since not every facial piercing will work on every race or face.

The mod does not show up on your character.

Usually this happens because another mod is conflicting with it. Here are some solutions:

1. Check in Penumbra if the conflicts tab lights up and give the mod a higher priority or disable the other one that is conflicting with it.
2. Try other clothing. Some tops may cover up wrists, some gloves may cover rings and some headpieces may cover up earrings. If undressing or changing clothes fixes the issue, you can go to the mod that's hiding the item, head to Advanced editing > Meta Manipulation > Equipment Parameters and enable the checkbox that reads "Show Bracelet / Earring" or whichever slot is being hidden by it.
3. The mod is not compatible for your race or gender. I urge everyone to read the descriptions and titles to see which ones are supported!!

• Contact me privately for questions / help / advice with my mods. I will do my best to get back to you when I find the time.
• Share my paid mods with your partner.
• Share commissioned mods to your friends.
• Make private edits to my mods for personal use.
• Commission myself or another modder to move my mods between races or genders that are not included in the base install.
• Change or alter my poses for your pictures.

• Share my paid public mods with other users. Exception being your partner. If someone can't access the mod after purchasing it, they can contact me about it.
• Use my poses or mods as base for your own poses and mods.
• Use parts of my mods to create your own or sell commissions.
• Reupload my mods to other discords / archive / glamourdresser / etc...
• Issue refunds. All my items are digital goods and therefore I can't offer a refund after the item has been downloaded. If you have trouble accessing the item after you bought it feel free to DM me and I'll send you the files privately. If you accidentially bought something but haven't downloaded it, you may ask me privately for a refund. Any and all abuse of my kindness will result in a permanent ban from my shop/s.
