Dough
- 1 cup warm milk (around 105°F / 40°C; not hot, just warm to the touch)
- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp salt
- 4½–5 cups all-purpose flour (start with 4½ cups, add more if needed)
