Delish Amish Cinnamon Rolls


Dough

  • 1 cup warm milk (around 105°F / 40°C; not hot, just warm to the touch)
  • 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4½–5 cups all-purpose flour (start with 4½ cups, add more if needed)
