Fontias Return & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2025
Thank you for choosing Fontias. Because our products are digital (fonts, graphics and other downloadable assets), we want to make our policy clear and simple so you know what to expect.
1. Digital products — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges
- All sales of digital products on Fontias are final.
- We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital downloads.
- We do not offer refunds for purchased digital products, except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. When a refund may be considered
While refunds are not part of our standard policy, Fontias may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or store credit in limited cases such as:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge), and you notify us within 7 days; or
- You never received access to the purchased file(s) due to a technical error on our systems, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
If you believe you qualify for consideration under the above limited circumstances, please contact support (see section 6) with your order number and a description of the problem. Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Problems with downloads or files
If you experience any issue downloading your purchase or if a file is corrupt, missing, or otherwise unusable:
- Contact us and include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working copy or replacement file.
4. License & permitted use
Purchasing a digital product from Fontias grants you the license described on the product page (single-user, commercial, extended, etc.). You do not receive ownership of the original design—only the license rights described in the product listing. Please read the license terms on each product page before purchasing.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase of a digital product may result in the loss of license rights and could lead to additional action. If you have an issue with your order, please contact Fontias support first so we can resolve it.

7. Changes to this policy
Fontias may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects when the policy was last updated. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
