★ Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use Winnie's Avatars

★ Winnie's Avatars are only meant for VRChat

★ You are not permitted to share/resell/price split/ or upload Winnie's Avatars public to VRChat

★ You are not permitted to claim Winnie's Avatars as your own, even edited

★ You are not permitted to obtain or take assets off Winnie's Avatars

○ You must obtain these assets from the credited creator

○ If an asset on a Winnie's Avatar is custom or not available for external purchase, you are not permitted to take it from the Winnie's Avatar

★ You are not permitted to rip/take/pick apart any component of Winnie's Avatars for personal or commercial use

★You are not permitted to rip/take Winnie's head and body sculpt edits for personal or commercial use/re-use

★ If you are to use a Winnie Avatar on streaming platforms, you must credit the avatar link or include “Avatar by Winnie” in the description

Editing Winnie's Avatars :

YOU CAN:

★ Change skin textures

★ Add tattoos

★ Hair swap

★ Change colors/materials on any component

★ Add small accessories

★Add Clothing

YOU CANNOT:

★ Head swap, Body swap, resculpt

★Must remain recognizable as the original.
