What if I don't recieve my file after purchase?

So you've just purchased one of our products right? If you are reading this article it probably means something has gone wrong in the process, but don't worry our Customer Relations Staff are on hand to help!


So it completely depends on what platform you brought the product on but rests assured we are explaining both ways to get your rightful product after purchase!


Payhip Purchase


Thank you for buying one of our Payhip Products! In the unlikely event, you don't receive your Payhip Product you will need to contact one of our friendly Customer Relations Support Staff but first we ask if you check your email for the file and remember to check your spam/junk folder.


If it's not in your email then don't worry our Customer Relations Staff will get your file to you within 12 hours of you opening a ticket. Alternatively, if you can wait a few days you can always contact us via our website 'Contact' section.



myPod Purchase


Thank you for buying one of our myPod Products! With the myPod system for the myPod bot to give you your file, you will need to run /retrieve [product name] case sensitive in our bot command channel, making sure your Direct Messages are on allowing messages. You will then get a message from the bot with a download link/file for the product you purchased.


If that didn't work unfortunately you'll have to contact one of our friendly Customer Relations Team via our Discord Server 'Contact Us' section. As you purchased via ROBUX you will not be able to contact us about this via the website. If you made a myPod purchase and didn't receive it you will get it within 12 hours of opening a ticket.


Custom Commission Purchase


Thank you for buying one of our Commissioned Products! If you haven't received the file for a Custom Commission sadly it means it's just not ready yet! Rest assured one of our friendly developers will give you frequent updates/images of your product. At any time you can speak to us about your Custom Commission just reach out to us via the ticket you made for your commission.
