Hospitals and healthcare organizations can purchase multiple licenses for Compassionate Care in Perinatal Loss, giving staff full access to the course for a full year. Once licenses are purchased, the hospital will receive a unique access code that staff can use to enroll at 100% discount. This makes it simple for hospitals to provide the course to nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, and allied health staff without individual payment concerns.
Hospital administrators can request real-time status updates on how many staff have enrolled and how many licenses remain available. Licenses are limited to the number purchased—once they are all used, additional licenses must be purchased to enroll more staff. This ensures transparency and easy tracking for your team.
Hospitals can earn vouchers for the Gemma’s Hope store when staff successfully complete the course. To qualify, at least 80% of purchased licenses must be completed with passing grades on all quizzes within the one-year access period. Additionally, at least 10% of those passing participants must be physician-level providers.
When this milestone is reached, the hospital will receive a gift certificate to our store, valued at $10 per passing participant (or 50% of the original license price). If 100% of purchased licenses are completed successfully, the value increases to $12 per participant (or 60% of the purchase price). Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date they are issued, giving hospitals flexibility to redeem them for resources, books, or bereavement supplies for families.
This program not only provides your team with essential, CE-appropriate education in perinatal loss care, but also rewards hospitals for encouraging full participation and engagement. It’s a practical, cost-effective way to support staff development, improve patient care, and gain resources for your team through the Gemma’s Hope store.
