Lemon Bars


Crust:


1 1/4 c. butter, cold


1/2 c. + 2 T. powdered sugar


2 1/4 c. flour


1/8 + a pinch of salt


Mix sugar, flour and salt together and then cut the cold butter into the mixture until you have very fine crumbs.
