The inspiration for Hari’s Helping Hands comes from a combination of personal and professional experiences. While working as a collections agent for a high-end motorcycle brand, she heard countless hardship stories — moments of struggle that often left clients unheard or overlooked. Each story reinforced the importance of listening, empathy, and genuine human connection.
Hari's own life experiences really shape her work. She went through terrible grief, loss, and uncertainty after her baby was stillborn. It changed everything and made her want to help people facing tough situations even more. "Developing this service means more than just doing our jobs," she explained. "Showing people that there's someone out here who's willing to listen and be present with you makes a great difference in a person's life."
