Hari's Helping Hands...

...exists to help individuals and families, regardless of age, creed, or background, feel genuinely heard.  In a world where so many voices are ignored or rushed, we provide a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are acknowledged — no pressure, no scripts, just humane, caring conversation.

Services Offered

At Hari’s Helping Hands, sessions are non-medical, phone-only, and designed to be both convenient and private. Each call centers on attentive, active listening, offering gentle guidance to help clients process their thoughts, notice emotional shifts, and build self-awareness. Safety and respect are always a priority, with every session following a strict no-abuse policy. After the call, clients can choose to receive session notes via text or PDF within 24–48 hours, with all information securely deleted after 7 days to protect privacy.

Who Is This For?

These services are for adults seeking non-medical support, especially those navigating loneliness, life transitions, or simply in need of someone to listen. While clients take responsibility for their personal journey, we ensure you are never alone along the way. Our goal is to reduce loneliness and provide a consistent, supportive voice throughout your life-changing experiences.

Our Guiding Principles

We focus on truly understanding you, listening attentively, and recognizing your feelings in every conversation. Along the way, we offer thoughtful guidance to help build self-awareness. Our goal is to support clients in reflecting on their past, letting go of what no longer serves them, and approaching life with greater clarity and confidence.
