1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online store on the Payhip platform. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these T&C.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

All offers in the online store are non-binding. The contract between the buyer and the operator of the online store is concluded when the buyer submits the order by clicking the "Buy Now" button, and the operator confirms the order by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the statutory VAT (if applicable).

The prices displayed in the online store at the time of the order apply.

Payment is processed directly through the Payhip platform and is handled via the payment methods offered there (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card, etc.).

The purchase price is due immediately upon placing the order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Since the products are digital, no physical delivery will take place.

The delivery of digital content will occur automatically via a download link sent to the provided email address after payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

Exception:

The right of withdrawal expires if the buyer begins downloading the digital goods before the withdrawal period has ended. By starting the download, the buyer agrees that the right of withdrawal for digital products expires once the download has begun.

7. Liability

The operator of the online store assumes no liability for damages caused by improper use of the digital products or unauthorized access to the customer account.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of defects in digital products (e.g., corrupted files), the products will be corrected or replaced at no charge.

9. Data Protection

The operator of the online store processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

10. Copyright

All digital products offered on this website are protected by copyright and are intended solely for the personal use of the buyer. It is not permitted to resell, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the products.

Commercial Use:

The contents of the digital products may be used commercially, but not the projects (project files, project files included as part of the product). The use of content for personal commercial purposes, such as for advertising, media production, web design, or other commercial applications, is permitted as long as it does not involve the projects contained in the product.

The rights to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the products are not transferred to the buyer, unless it concerns the commercial use of content according to the above conditions.

11. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies to contracts between the buyer and the operator of the online store.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the operator's registered office.

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
