By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using an Imaging Pulse digital product, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal educational use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, its design, content, branding, or other intellectual property.

You May

• Download and use the product for your personal study and educational purposes.

• Print copies for your own personal use.

• Use the journal and worksheets as part of your individual radiography studies.

You May Not

• Share the digital file with classmates, friends, study groups, instructors, organizations, or other individuals.

• Email, message, upload, post, or otherwise distribute copies of the product to others.

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the product or any substantial portion of it.

• Upload the product to shared drives, file-sharing websites, course repositories, social-media groups, or other platforms where others can access it.

• Modify, reproduce, or repurpose Imaging Pulse content for resale, commercial distribution, or creation of competing products.

• Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, branding, watermark, or ownership notices contained in the product.

Intellectual Property

Imaging Pulse retains all applicable rights in its original branding, designs, written materials, layouts, graphics, and other original content contained in its products. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license described above.

Educational Use and Disclaimer

Imaging Pulse products are independent educational study resources. They are not a substitute for your school's curriculum, instructor guidance, clinical policies, official textbooks, or the requirements of certification or credentialing organizations.

Imaging Pulse does not guarantee any particular grade, examination score, registry or certification result, clinical outcome, employment outcome, or other academic or professional result.

Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to the Imaging Pulse Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Violations

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or commercial distribution may result in termination of your license to use the product and may subject the responsible party to remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Imaging Pulse may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
