For over a decade, I’ve taught in-person indoor cycling classes at LifeTime, consistently leading packed sessions filled with energy, motivation, and results-driven coaching. I bring a wealth of expertise to this certification, holding credentials with Stages, Schwinn, AFAA, NASM, and ACE. With a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and experience as a former Master Educator with Stages Indoor Cycling, I know what it takes to elevate your instruction and build a thriving class community.

  • Short answer: No!

    While it's beneficial to have access to an indoor cycle bike during your online training, it’s not necessary for the actual sessions. However, you will need access to a bike between sessions to practice what you've learned. This can be at your local gym, spin studio, or even a friend's house!

  • During this Indoor Cycling Instructor Certification, you'll gain all the essential skills needed to excel in a studio audition and start teaching classes. However, your success depends on the effort you invest. Becoming a 5-star Indoor Cycling Instructor requires a 5-star effort. After completing your training, ongoing practice and learning will elevate you to the next level—and we’ll be there to support you on that journey.

  • No! Many participants in our training are simply looking to enhance their ride and overall class experience. Some have never even ridden an indoor bike before the training! We welcome a diverse group of individuals, as everyone brings something unique and valuable to our program!

  • Yes! After completing your training, you will have access to the materials for two weeks. After that, you can contact us directly with any questions!

  • Yes, you will earn CEUs recognized by both AFAA and NASM 1.6 NASM / 15 AFAA

  • The course takes approximately 10 hours to complete, though individual pace may vary
