I'm Sheila Diiorio, creator of Fix Your Money, Not You™, author of The Paycheck Revolution for Women, and the Money Architect behind a simple but powerful belief: you don't need to earn more money to start managing your money better. You need a plan that works for your life.

My passion for helping people with money comes from personal experience. I know what it feels like to struggle financially, to raise two children after divorce with little child support, and to work multiple jobs while trying to build a more secure future. I also know how frustrating it can be to work hard, earn money, and still wonder where it all went.

Those experiences changed the way I look at money. I realized that financial struggles aren't always about how much you earn or how hard you work. Often, the missing piece is having a practical system that helps your money work for you.

That's why I created the Fix Your Money, Not You™ philosophy: to help people move away from financial stress, confusion, and shame and toward greater clarity, confidence, and control.

Through practical planning tools and easy-to-use resources, I make managing money feel less overwhelming and more achievable. From organizing everyday expenses to preparing for the holidays, my goal is to help you make thoughtful decisions, spend with intention, and feel more confident about your financial future.

I believe you should be able to enjoy your life today while preparing for tomorrow. You can celebrate the holidays, give meaningful gifts, share wonderful meals, and make lasting memories without losing sight of your financial well-being.

You work hard for your money. Let's make sure your money has a plan.

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. ❤️
