Lise is French-Canadian and currently lives in Edmonton, Alberta. She holds an Honor’s degree from the University of Alberta (B.A./Psychology Major), is a Certified Health & Wellness Advisor (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New-York), as well as a Reiki Master. Over the years, she has created, taught and published multiple mindfulness & emotional awareness programs / workshops for various organisations.

Lise has been dedicated to her own spiritual journey of increased inner freedom for decades now, and it brings her great joy to lovingly guide others along the way. Using a mindfulness-based approach with a strong focus on emotional awareness, Lise is skilled at empowering people of all ages to become more self-aware, self-regulated, clear and content.

Over the years, she has witnessed how mindfulness, emotional literacy, meditation and spiritual understanding are powerful catalysts that radically transform lives. This inevitably results in more vitality, more joy, more fulfillment, as well as less stress, less anxiety and less frustration. Lise is passionate about using her creative skills to share powerful tools for transformation and self-mastery with people around the globe.
