About Berkshire Behaviour Consultancy

Berkshire Behaviour Consultancy was created to support parents and school professionals who want practical, evidence-based tools for navigating everyday challenges — while staying connected to the kind of parent, or the kind of professional, they want to be.

I'm a Behaviour Consultant and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting children and families across schools and social care. My work combines principles from Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help the adults around a child understand behaviour, support regulation, and respond with both clarity and compassion — whether that's at the kitchen table or in the classroom.

For parents

Parenting can be overwhelming, especially when a child experiences anxiety, big emotions, or difficulty with routines and transitions. The resources in this store are designed to make things easier, with simple, practical strategies you can start using straight away — no clinical background required.

You'll find guides, toolkits, and workbooks covering emotional regulation, morning routines, behaviour escalation, and supporting neurodivergent children.

For school professionals

The resources here are built for that reality: evidence-based, straightforward to implement, and grounded in the same frameworks used in behavioural and educational practice, without unnecessary jargon.
