Hi, I'm Fallon Cook, The Child Welfare Coach.

If you're here, you're probably in one of the hardest seasons of your life. You have an open child welfare case, you're trying to figure out what's expected of you, and you're doing everything you can to get your children back. I see you — and I want you to know that what you're doing right now, showing up and looking for support, already matters.

I know this road personally. In 2014, I navigated my own child welfare case involving domestic violence and substance abuse. I didn't have a guide. I didn't have someone who had been through it to show me what to do. I figured it out step by step — and I got my children back. Since 2019, I've worked professionally inside the child welfare system as a coach and mentor, supporting parents from the inside of the very system you're navigating right now.

That combination — lived experience and professional expertise — is what makes my resources, and my private coaching services different. I'm not teaching theory. I'm sharing what actually works.

Every resource in this store was created with one parent in mind: you. The parent who is scared but still showing up. The parent who loves their children enough to do the hard work. The parent who just needs the right information, the right tools, and someone in their corner who genuinely believes they can succeed.
