The Catalyst: Monetizing Operational Stability | SAP HODIM-LOGON Expert | Author & Researcher

"I don't just move goods; I engineer time and transform operational stability into tangible financial gains."

With over 20 years of high-volume logistics experience, I serve as a Strategic Catalyst, converting complex, manual operations into high-speed, high-precision digital ecosystems. Managing operations exceeding 10 million tons annually, I understand that in our industry, every minute has a price—where one hour of downtime can risk over 4.5 million EGP in local sales and millions in export revenue.

Core Expertise & Professional Milestones:

The 3-Minute Miracle (Process Re-Engineering): Successfully tackled a major bottleneck where truck dispatch took 15 minutes. By directing the full technical bridge between SAP LOGON (Scheduling) and SAP HODIM (Weighing) and implementing Barcode Automation, I eliminated 100% of human errors and slashed cycle time to just 3 minutes—a 70% leap in daily throughput capacity.
Systems Leadership & Business Continuity: As the SPOC for SAP HODIM-LOGON, I executed 15+ critical system upgrades. Through specialized 'Quality Environment' testing and infrastructure modernization, I reduced system downtime by 60%, ensuring 100% loading accuracy across 8 weighbridges and cutting annual inventory errors by 10%.
Team Empowerment & Productivity: Led and mentored a high-performing team of 26 members. Through targeted 1-1 coaching and remote support, we achieved a 70% increase in productivity and a 100% reconciliation rate for 450+ daily transactions.
Strategic Thought Leadership (2025–2028): Author of 'The Strategic Logistics Manager' and 'AI Logistics'. My current focus is architecting Digital Control Towers (LCT) and integrating AI to drive green transformation and sustainable supply chains.

The Professional Edge:

I leverage a unique blend of deep field experience, technical SAP mastery, and strategic foresight to safeguard revenues and ensure that technology directly serves profitability.
