In my early twenties, I began my journey into natural health, when I realized how crucial it was to be as healthy as possible in our temple body. A surge within me directed me to the truths of healthy living with paths of joy and happiness. These energies showed me the most amazing ways to connect with the mind, my soul and my body, by using nature at its best. I realized that raw living foods are the physical answer to healing the body in order to reveal the infinite love of the spiritual realm.
