I’m a middle school counselor who is passionate about helping students navigate the messy, meaningful, and sometimes hilarious world of being a tween.

After working with students in real counseling groups, classroom lessons, and daily check-ins, I realized something important:

Middle schoolers don’t need “perfect” SEL…

They need real, relatable, engaging conversations and tools that actually work.
