My Biography

From a very tender age, I knew that I experience this world in a way that is different than most people. Some of the first memories I have in childhood are that of playing with Angels, communicating with spirits passing by, and family members no longer on this earth. I knew that when I looked into an animal’s eyes that I could feel their soul, and often know their feelings and occasionally their thoughts! And this could only mean one thing, I am here to be of service.

To say this made for an interesting childhood and young adulthood is an understatement. Largely being empathetic and intuitive has guided me to be of service in the healing arts for well more than 20 years now. Many of my skills and abilities took a great deal of time and nurturing to develop, all of which I use to the benefit of my clients today.

My soul’s call to be of service is one of great pride and motivation for me, I know that as human beings we are so much more than we know and have the abilities to access a higher quality of living and I completely believe that you can make great shifts in your life with this understanding of!

Before even reaching 10 years old I began to intuitively read Tarot for others and with a degree of accuracy that could be surprising to even me! At the age of 16 I began studying different religions, faiths, and cultural practices around the world, I practiced yoga with astounding experiences with Kundalini awakening and that was also when I first learned about Reiki and intended to become attuned.

In my 20’s I served with intuitive & mediumship readings, Usui & Karuna Reiki, Emotion, and Body Code.

In my 30’s I felt the need to go deeper, I wanted to deliver deeper healing, bigger results for clients and help them to be completely empowered for themselves, I delved into coaching, and hypnotherapy. On the way I became a spiritual celebrant and ordained minister, creating special rituals and ceremonies for celebrating life's transitions and milestones.

Now nearing the end of my 30’s, I’ve evolved as a person and practitioner in countless unending ways much to my delight! I can proudly say that I am certified in nearly 20 different modalities and alternative healing methods. Most recently I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training, and began a 500 hour yoga teacher training so that I can take my clients to an even deeper and more delicious level of healing, surrender, and respite.

Presently I serve as a certified clinical hypnotist(with medical hypnosis, and transpersonal psychology training), transpersonal life coach, creating dynamic sessions with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to bring you profound shifts in our work together. Some modalities like doTERRA Essential Oil & being trained in the Aromatouch Technique help to sustain and support your wellness. I hold a myriad of tools at my fingertips and I love to teach and share them!

My intuitive and soulful approach with hypnotherapy continues to grow daily, I now integrate in all of the knowledge I have acquired and the wisdom I have grown into these sessions. I offer a breed of hypnosis that goes beyond this world that I call transcendence hypnosis, working with past life regression, shamanic journey, soul retrieval, mediumship/empath/and psychic development mentoring.

My training which has been nonstop and a major part of who I am is the foundation of my practice, it is enhanced only by my personal experiences in life which have delivered a whole different set of skills that I gratefully share with you now. As a proud spouse, happily married to a member of the military, special needs parent and advocate, trauma survivor, and thriver, I know that I have the skills and tools to help you meet your goals, move past your blocks, and into the life you desire!
