Kate is a senior Yoga teacher and yoga therapist specializing in the Viniyoga Approach, with a focus on helping people manage long-term health conditions and injuries. After many years of teaching Yoga full-time in Gloucestershire, England, she now shares her expertise from her home in South West France.

A passionate Yoga educator and self confessed “Yoga nerd”, Kate is endlessly curious about the transformative power of a tailored, consistent Yoga practice. Her experience spans a diverse range of students, from boxing clubs and office workers to residential nursing homes and elite athletes. With her deep knowledge and adaptable approach, Kate can craft a personalized practice that suits you—whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or someone who hasn’t moved in years.

Kate also mentors and trains Yoga teachers, helping them build confidence, work with diverse student populations, and create sustainable businesses that align with their personal Yoga journeys.
