After purchasing a commission, it is important for you to send an email to mindofivamor@gmail.com. Within this email, I will need the following:

• Details regarding any ideas, and what you would like commissioned.
• Adequate,clear images for reference.

*Please be advised: You will need to remain in contact via email with me, to ensure timeliness and any needed corrections of your commission, before it is shipped.

After purchase of commission, the contract starts.

-During this timeline, communication is required between client and IVAmor,via email. 

-If client does not respond to IVAmor within a three day window, from initial start of commission; there will be void of contract; subsequently, the fee will be kept,and termination of contract will occur. 

(If emergent circumstances are involved, for the lack of communication; this may not terminate the contract.)

-There will only be three sketch ideas before commission is started. During these drafts, if all three are needed, client agrees to communicate what they prefer for their commission, for any revisions.

• Legal Note:

All artwork and sculpture are only to be used for personal use by customer, no commercial use.

- No reproduction of any artwork or sculpture ,unless otherwise customer is granted permission by IVAmor,before purchase.

>>>> Legal action will be taken unto those who do not utilize artwork for personal use only,or any reproduction of artwork or sculpture.

I.V.Amor does not accept returns, yet will provide reimbursement, if product or artwork is notably damaged, within a 24 hour time frame, after delivery.

• If artwork is damaged during shipping or loss, you will be reimbursed up to $150.00.
• Client must provide proof of damage, via pictures and send to email, mindofivamor@gmail.com for reimbursement.

• If artwork is lost amidst shipping, (not after delivery) client will need to notify I.V.Amor via email within a 24 hour time frame after expected delivery date.
• In cases of loss, client will be refunded fully,after proof and confirmation, from shipment handler Sendle.
• Communication,progress,and 24 hours after item has been shipped of any artwork or commission; is the window opportunity to bring forth concerns or any noted damage upon delivery to artist, IV.AMOR.

Shipping will be standard USPS, through Sendle, with insurance included,unless stated otherwise.

I can ship overseas, the extra price will be estimated, based on item weight, and insurance.

-Orders ship in 7-10 business days,unless outside of the United States, then time range is from 10-14 business days.

-Dependent upon client, request for faster shipping,and circumstances may be capable. (Client would have extra shipping fees)

After purchase of commissioned mural, the contract starts.

• Pricing is determined based on supplies,labor time, and that of the size of mural.
• Each mural completion will be determined by I.V.Amor and communicated with client,before the mural is started.

Legal Note:

All artwork are only to be used as intended of the mural.

- No reproduction of any artwork,unless otherwise customer is granted permission by IVAmor ,before purchase. ****

>>>> Legal action will be taken unto those who do not utilize artwork for initial agreement ,(of intention of said artwork) and reproduction of artwork.

This includes but not limited to; distributing of artwork for any reproduction of the artwork. Ie. Print on demand products,menu items with the mural picture, other products that are sold with the picture of the initial mural, any other unintended use of the mural artwork. ****Unless agreed upon in the initial inquiry of the commissioned mural.

Client agrees that after the mural is finished, I.V.Amor is not responsible for any damage to the mural.( Ie. Weather, wear and tear, vandalism etc.)

For payment plans, each payment plan will differ for amount and time duration. All payment plans are subject to legal note terms outlined in commission contract( ie. All are legally obligated to fulfill all payments until total fee is paid off,per payment plan.
