Work With Me
Hypnotherapy for exploring the roots of old pains and patterns to create deep, lasting change.
Hypnotherapy for exploring the roots of old pains and patterns to create deep, lasting change.
I think of my approach as inner engineering: bringing the mind, will, and emotions into alignment so they can work together rather than against one another.
Hypnosis gives us a way to work with these different parts of our experience at a deeper level than conscious thought alone.
You don't need to believe in spirituality, past lives, or anything supernatural for hypnosis to be effective. My approach is exploratory. We work with what you actually experience and see what emerges.
I use Soul to describe the part of us that experiences life through thought, emotion, choice, and embodiment.
In my framework, the Soul is where our inner experience meets the physical world.
I use Spirit to describe the perspective within us that can step back from immediate experience and see the larger picture.
Whether you understand this as the subconscious, your higher self, intuition, or simply another dimension of your own mind is up to you.
In my framework, the Soul can fragment when an experience overwhelms our capacity to process it as a whole.
A part of the mind hides the thought.
A part of the emotion freezes the feeling.
A part of the will stops moving forward.
These patterns can continue operating beneath conscious awareness, shaping our reactions long after the conscious mind has moved on.
Integration restores communication between those parts so you can think clearly, feel freely, and act authentically.
Much of my work is based in regression—going back through memories, experiences, emotions, and patterns to uncover the parts of ourselves that may have become disconnected. Depending on what we're exploring, this might involve age regression, timeline work, parts work, or other forms of guided regression.
I don't decide in advance what we're going to find. I guide the process while your own subconscious mind—and, within my framework, your Spirit—helps reveal where we need to look.
Sometimes that means revisiting a memory. Sometimes it emerges through an emotion, sensation, symbol, or unexpected image. And sometimes people experience what they interpret as a past life that seems connected to something they're experiencing in the present. Whatever emerges, the work is about understanding the fragment, reconnecting it to the whole, and integrating what has been learned.
Not every reason for exploring hypnosis is the same. Some people come with a question. Others come because something in their life needs to change.
A deep guided exploration of consciousness, past lives, and the mysteries beyond ordinary experience.
The exploration may continue beyond a past-life experience into what is sometimes described as the life-between-lives state, where we can investigate questions about consciousness, purpose, relationships, and what may lie beyond an individual lifetime.
Spirit Exploration is designed as a deep, extended hypnosis experience. Plan for approximately three hours, with some flexibility depending on the experience.
You don't have to believe any particular explanation for what you experience. The point is to explore it.
A personalized hypnosis process for a specific problem, pain, pattern, or goal.
Instead of using a single session to explore whatever happens to emerge, we begin by identifying what you want to change and then work systematically toward that outcome. Regression, parts work, timeline work, and other hypnotic approaches may be used depending on what the situation calls for.
The process can involve exploring the experiences, beliefs, emotional patterns, or internal conflicts underlying the issue—not simply trying to override the symptom at the surface.
Up to four personalized sessions are available within the program, depending on the work required.

You'll receive a recording of every session.
Every private engagement begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine which path is appropriate.
Yes. I use a gentle, structured induction. You’ll feel relaxed but aware—and you can speak, pause, or stop at any time.
Your safety, both emotional and physical, is my highest priority. Every session is designed to move at the pace of your nervous system, not your expectations.
I use trauma-informed hypnosis protocols that prevent retraumatization. I reframe painful events from a safe, detached perspective, allowing your subconscious to integrate and release what’s been held in the body and mind.
The result is a process that feels gentle yet profound—you remain in control, safe, seen, and supported throughout. The goal is never to “push through” trauma, but to listen, collaborate, and release at the exact pace your system is ready for.
I guide step-by-step until we find an entry point. If a technique isn’t landing, we switch approaches.
I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
This allows me to open that time for someone else who may be waiting for a session.
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if notice is given within the window.
