Elena Ward is a U.S. Air Force veteran, sports mom of two scholar athletes, and strategic brand and business consultant dedicated to the sports ecosystem.

With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Health Information Management (Florida A&M University) and Business Administration & Marketing (Strayer University), plus a Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management (Florida Atlantic University), Elena combines structure, strategy, and execution in everything she builds.

She has served as an Athletic Director for NFL Flag, a youth football board member, a former Head PE Coach, and a multi-season winning sports coach. As a licensed Florida real estate agent, certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, licensed esthetician, and former fitness studio owner, Elena understands performance, presentation, and long-term asset building.

She founded J Swag to help athletes and sports families build brands that are visible, credible, and built for long-term opportunity — on and off the field.
