Your order is shipped within 7-14 business days after it is placed online. Shipping depends on availability and the mail couriers. Please be mindful when ordering that we do not control the mail delivery times or speed.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to the email used for ordering.
We are only responsible for your order until it is mailed. For delivery issues, check your tracking number and your receipt for correct mailing and delivery address. Contact the mail courier first. After you have followed the above steps and there is no success, contact our customer service.
All orders must be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, email us through our website or at the email on your invoice with your invoice number and state clearly your request to cancel your order.
A refund minus any transaction fees will be processed with 3-5 business days.
A partial cancellation is not available at this time. You will need to cancel the entire order and reorder again.
