Terms of Service (TOS)

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

General Terms

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once files have been delivered.
• By purchasing any product, you are purchasing a license to use the asset—not ownership of the asset itself.
• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version available on my store is considered the current version.
• Violation of these Terms of Service may result in loss of access to future support, updates, or purchases.

Personal License

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes a Personal License.

You may:

• Use the product for personal VRChat use.
• Edit or customize the product for your own use.
• Upload the product to your own VRChat account.
• Use the product in videos, livestreams, screenshots, and social media.

You may not:

• Redistribute any files.
• Share files with friends or third parties.
• Upload the files publicly.
• Resell or give away any part of the product.
• Claim the work as your own.
• Extract assets from the package for redistribution.

Avatars

For avatar purchases:

You may:

• Customize textures, materials, shaders, colors, clothing, accessories, and other cosmetic features.
• Add or remove components for your own personal use.
• Commission someone to edit your purchased avatar, provided both parties legally own the avatar.

You may not:

• Redistribute the avatar files.
• Upload the avatar as public unless explicitly stated.
• Resell or trade the avatar.
• Reuse parts of the avatar in products for sale unless those parts are specifically listed as reusable.
• Remove creator credits where applicable.

Assets & Props

This section applies to props, accessories, world objects, effects, shaders, prefabs, and similar products.

You may:

• Use assets in your personal VRChat avatars or worlds.
• Modify assets to better fit your projects.
• Optimize or convert assets for different platforms for your own use.

You may not:

• Redistribute the original files.
• Sell edited versions.
• Include the files inside another paid or free package.
• Upload asset packages for others to download.
• Claim the asset as your own work.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is not permitted unless explicitly stated on the product page.

If commercial use is allowed, it applies only to the specific permissions listed on that product.

Commercial use never includes permission to redistribute the original files.

VRChat Worlds

If a product is permitted for world use:

• You may include it in private or public VRChat worlds.
• Files must remain embedded within the world.
• The original files may not be distributed separately.

If world use is not listed on the product page, assume it is for personal avatar use only.

Commissions

Assets may be used in commissioned work provided that both the client and the commissioner have legally purchased their own copy of the asset.

• Both the client and commissioner must own a valid license to the asset.
• Purchasing the asset does not grant permission to share the files with a commissioner who has not purchased it.
• Commissioners may use the asset only for clients who also own the asset.
• The asset may not be redistributed, resold, traded, or shared between users.
• Each individual who requires access to the original files must purchase their own copy.
• Commissioned edits do not grant either party permission to redistribute or resell the original asset or its files.

Updates

Future updates are provided at my discretion.

While I strive to keep products compatible with current versions of Unity and VRChat, long-term compatibility cannot be guaranteed due to changes outside my control.

Support

Support is available for:

• Broken downloads
• Missing files
• Installation issues caused by the package
• Bugs present in the original release

Support does not include:

• In-depth Unity or Blender tutorials
• Custom modifications
• Compatibility with third-party assets
• Personalized setup requests
• User-caused project issues

Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be returned:

• No refunds.
• No exchanges.
• No chargebacks.

If a product is genuinely defective or missing files, please contact me before leaving a review so I can resolve the issue.

Copyright

All products remain the intellectual property of the creator.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use it under these Terms of Service.

No ownership rights are transferred.

AI & Data Usage

You may not:

• Use my products to train AI models.
• Upload the files to AI datasets.
• Use my assets to generate competing products.
• Redistribute my work through AI services.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment fraud, or file sharing may result in:

• Revocation of your license.
• Permanent ban from future purchases.
• Reporting to the payment platform where appropriate.
