Pretty and easy crochet pattern "Jane"

This is a simple and beautiful crochet pattern, yet it's very easy to do.

Follow this video tutorial to learn how to do it yourself.

In case you don't understand how the sample from the video was started, here is an explanation.

To start the pattern, make a slip knot and an odd number of chains.

Then, continue with a row of single crochet stitches.

First, insert the hook into the second chain from the hook, and then make 1 single crochet across the chain (1 sc in every loop of the chain). This gives us an even number of single crochets in a row.

For the next row, I do the following:

  • ch 2, then insert the hook into the next sc, yarn over and pull up a loop, insert the hook into the next sc again, yarn over and pull up a loop

  • then yarn over and pull through 2 loops on the hook, and then yarn over one more time and pull through 2 loops on the hook,

  • then chain 1,

  • and repeat across the row.

The third row (and every following row) we start with ch 2 and then follow the steps from the video.

Its the second row gives us the initial row with thin posts that we work around as shown in the video.

I hope you will like this pattern and find it a purpose in one of your next creative projects. 😊💖
