Thank you for shopping with kavyaislife.

Digital Products

All products currently sold by kavyaislife are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are made available for download after a successful purchase, purchases are generally considered final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, recommended age range, included activities, file formats and product preview before purchasing.

Problems With Your Purchase

We want you to receive the product you purchased successfully.

If:

• You receive the wrong files;
• A purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• A file described as included with the product is missing;
• You are charged more than once for the same purchase; or
• There is another genuine technical or order-related problem

Please contact us through the Contact page and include your order details and a description of the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing the correct or replacement file where appropriate.

Change of Mind

Because our products are digital downloads that can be accessed after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, no longer needing the product, or dissatisfaction arising solely from personal preference after the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Before Purchasing

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your child or needs, please review the product description and preview or contact us before purchasing.

Nothing in This Policy Limits Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any refund, replacement or other remedy that you are entitled to under applicable consumer-protection law.
