• Under 200 words: up to 3 working days
• Under 500 words: up to 4 working days
• Up to 600 words: up to 5 working days
• Up to 1000 words: up to 10 working days
• Over 1000 words: to be negotiated

*Rush order : rush fee will be applied (+50%). Please let me know the deadline so I could inform you whether I could accept the commission or not.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 (2019) with full marks in both language knowledge and listening
• Japanese Language School, Vocational school and Work in Japan (2016-2021)

Skills

• Understands the use of Keigo (respectful language) and is capable of translating documents and emails for a more formal setting.
• Familiar with Japanese pop culture and aware of unique personality traits and speech patterns that may only be used between anime, manga and game characters.
• Up to date with trending social media content and knowledgeable in both Japanese and English internet slang.

5. Please attach the text file and video/demo/game/app you would like me to translate by sending me link to your file (via google drive or dropbox)
6. May I publicly stream/share the work with credit? (yes/ not while WIP but final work is ok/ NDA required (privacy fee + 50% from total)
7. Do you have hard deadline?

• I will contact you within 3 working days after your application. Slot is not first-come first-served (FCFS).
• I will contact you to discuss commission details and to confirm a final quote.
• A invoice will be sent once I am ready to start work on your commission.
• For game localization, please sent to me the key to your demo or game.

Payment Method

• Wise
• Midtrans local bank transfer (LOCAL CUSTOMER-free) and credit card (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER +3% adm fee)

Note : Please let me know if you're more comfortable using Vgen or Artistree. I will open a listing special for your order. (the price will be higher there due to adm fee)

Delivery

• After receiving full payment, I will start to work on your commission.
• Once your commission is done, I will send you the Dropbox link of Excel file and PDF file so you can download them.
• For game localization, I would check how it shows in game after you input the translation and if there is any revision needed, I will list and send it back to you. Once everything is okay, I will close the commission as delivered.

Terms of Service (Tos)

• By commissioning me, you agree to the terms written on this page.
• All commissions aren't refundable.
• I reserve the right to decline your commission request. (either not fit with my style or above my skill)
• Please contact evaleevin@proton.me for topics besides creative field and interpreting service
• Please credit my work in an easy to see and permanent place on all platforms where you use the work. Such places include your Twitter bio and your Twitch/Youtube about page by crediting kuuki
• Commercial use for making contents and streaming is included.
• Re-selling commissioned work to a third party is not allowed. For re-selling, permission can be given under certain circumstances.
• Unless a non-disclosure (NDA) fee is paid by the client, I reserve the right to use commissioned work for portfolio purposes, share work-in-progress images and videos of your model on social media like Youtube, Instagram etc., as well as the right to work on your commission on stream.
• The client understands that the transaction doesn't involve any physical items. All commissioned works are digital items and will be sent via email.
