Hi! I'm Lexi Tavares.

I used to be 168 pounds at 5' 2" with chronic health problems. I'm talking crippling depression and anxiety to the point where I didn't want to get out of bed, talk to my family or friends, or do anything! At this point in my life, you'd find me hiding under the covers trying to go back to sleep or dissociating in front of the TV screen. Once in awhile, I'd muster up the strength to get outside for a smoke or a car ride to the liquor store or Taco Bell.

But honestly, my body was hurting. It hurt to walk. I'd huff and puff to get up the single flight of stairs in the house. It hurt to stand. All my joints and muscles hurt!

And internally, I was really suffering. I suffered from migraine headaches, digestive issues, bloating, constipation, chronic bronchitis...

I missed doing the things I loved like dancing and practicing yoga. But honestly, it was too hard because my body was in pain. My body wanted to stretch but I couldn't even position myself to get into a stretch because my fat rolls were in the way.

I felt totally defeated, helpless, and hopeless.

I had tried so many different kinds of diets. I tried controlling portions only to end up binge eating, I was frustrated with my body and my yo-yo diet hamster wheel of a life.

Then, I discovered the rawsome release method, a super simple way to release excess, unwanted weight and create the physique I had always wanted and knew I deserved. And I learned how to love myself again.

My results were astonishing. I released 23 pounds in 3 weeks. I released 30 pounds in 30 days.

After releasing 70 pounds of excess, unwanted weight in less than 3 months, I've not only got the body I love and serves me well, I've also improved in every other area of my life.

I've gained some weight back in muscle, finished both 5K & 10K races (and I used to say I was allergic to running 😂 ), I became proficient in the circus performing arts such as flying trapeze, became a certified 500 hr yoga teacher, danced with professional companies, won awards for my dance choreography, started my own company, became a Plant Based Nutritionist, Naturopath, Weight Release Coach, Health & Wellness Mentor, and Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Skills Trainer.
