Therapy for the emotionally over-functioning? Been there. After nearly three decades as a psychodynamic therapist (CA, ID, NV, WY), I’ve seen what really helps: reflection, self-honesty, and a willingness to meet the parts of ourselves we usually keep hidden.

Now, I’m channeling all of that into the next chapter-creating digital tools, AI companions, and journaling prompts for people (and practitioners) who want real insight, not perfection.
