Lyndsey Little is a multidisciplinary artist who has worked professionally since 2013. She has designed murals internationally, created thousands of illustrations across various platforms, and has contributed comic art to published graphic novels. Her webcomic OniGirl has received numerous features on Webtoon.
Her current practice focuses on sustainably made, traditionally painted, large-scale, hyper realistic food artwork- using familiar imagery to spark conversations around nostalgia, culture around food, and how it connects us.

The chalkboard behind the Bean-to-Bar station at Central Market displays the process of how cacao is harvested and how the beans are processed in-store! The art team made eye-catching 3D art pieces to cover the simpler chalk illustrations from before.
Lyndsey made 6 of the 10 3D art pieces for the Bean-to-Bar Chalkboard. Materials included insulation foam, repurposed cacao bags, cotton balls, plastic, and paint.
