Greetings and Blessings, Liv Vibrantly Community.
This message wasn't scheduled, but after my 5:00 AM journaling this morning, I felt led to share. If you've found yourself trying not to get caught up in the whirlwind of things happening in the world, this may be for you.
These are my personal notes and reflections here.
When the Divine Speaks
This morning, as I often do, I reached for my Bible app. As I opened it, the number 414 stood out to me. It wasn't just a random number—it felt like a deeper message waiting to be revealed.
You see, this past Christmas, I gifted my sister, friends, and niece a hoodie I created. On the front, it simply said, "Chosen," and on the back, it carried the powerful words of Esther 4:14:
"Perhaps you were born for such a time as this."
This message was from my heart—a reminder of encouragement, purpose, and calling.
Fast-forward to last week: My sister friend, her mom, and my niece wore their hoodies to church. The pastor noticed and asked where she had gotten them. The message resonated with him so deeply that he wanted one, too. She gifted him that same reminder—that even in times that feel uncertain, we are chosen.
But the reminders didn't stop there.
A Divine Thread Woven Through Time
Last night, I felt led to check how many of these hoodies I had left. It felt random, but I've learned that God's nudges are rarely by chance. And then, this morning, 4:14 appeared again on my Bible app.
All this week, one of my community members has been encouraging us to study Esther's life. And here was the verse again—woven through conversations, reflections, and now, my morning quiet time.
We Are Never Here by Accident
I don't believe in coincidences. I believe God gently places clues and reminders along our path—nudging us to pay attention, affirming that we are here with purpose, and reminding us that we are never here by accident.
Isn't it fitting that this moment comes during Women's History Month? It is a time when we reflect on the courage, strength, and resilience of women throughout history—women like Esther, who stepped forward in a critical moment to save her people.
Her life wasn't easy. She was called to do something great in a season of uncertainty. She faced risk, rejection, fear, and even death. But she chose to rise. She chose to believe that her presence, her voice, and her courage mattered.
And so do ours.
This is Your Moment
You may not feel ready. The obstacles you face may seem overwhelming. But like Esther, you were made for this moment—for such a time as this.
You have been chosen to rise, create, speak, love, and lead—even when the path feels unclear.
The challenges in your life aren't there to stop you. They are opportunities. They are the very soil where new strength is birthed, where courage grows, and where faith is refined.
Just as Esther had to step into an uncomfortable place to fulfill her purpose, we, too, are called to step forward, even when it's hard.
A Reminder for You
So, as we continue our journey through Women's History Month, I want you to remember:
- You are chosen. Not by accident but by divine design.
- You are equipped. Every challenge you've faced has strengthened you for this moment.
- You are ready. Not because everything feels easy but because God is with you.
- You are necessary. Your voice, your ideas, your courage—it all matters.
You don't have to have it all figured out. But you must be willing to stand, even when it's uncomfortable, and trust that your presence matters.
You are here, in this season, for a reason.
Be Well and Rise Boldly
Esther's courage didn't just save her people. Her courage created a legacy—a ripple effect that continues to inspire us today.
And your courage? It will do the same.
👉🏾 This is your time to rise.
👉🏾This is your time to speak.
👉🏾 This is your time to believe that you have been created and chosen for such a time as this.
Be well and step boldly into this season.
I felt led to share,
