My Policy

• Payment in Full: To streamline the design process, 100% of the service fee is due upfront at the time of booking. This payment secures your slot on my calendar and initiates the creative process.
• Release of Files: High-resolution, un-watermarked final files will be delivered immediately upon project completion and approval.
• Payment Methods: All payments must be processed through my official booking links to confirm your project.

The Discovery Call: Every project begins with a consultation to establish your brand aesthetic & goals. Please be as detailed as possible during this phase.
• Revision Limit: Every project includes three (3) rounds of revisions.
• Additional Edits: Any revision requests exceeding the included three rounds will incur a fee of $25 per edit.
• Style Pivots: Significant changes to the project direction after the initial concept has been approved will be subject to a "Pivoting Fee" based on the amount of work already completed.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery for initial drafts is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Rush Orders: If you require a project to be completed in less than 48 hours, a Rush Fee will be applied.
• Client Delays: Please provide feedback on drafts within 72 hours. If a client is unresponsive for more than 7 consecutive days, the project will be marked as "Closed," & the deposit will be forfeited. A reactivation fee may apply to resume the project.

Usage Rights: Upon final payment, full ownership of the final design is transferred to the client.
• No Alterations: To maintain the integrity of my work, clients may not alter, edit, or add filters to the final designs without my written consent.
• Portfolio Usage: Liyah Design Studio retains the right to display & work—including concepts and final designs—on social media & in professional portfolios for promotional purposes.

• Kill Fee: If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun but before completion, the 50% deposit will be retained as a "Kill Fee" to cover labor and time.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital design services, no refunds will be issued once the final files have been delivered.

• Platform Specification: To ensure the highest quality and best functionality for your brand, I strictly utilize Payhip.com for all website setup services. Clients must have or be willing to create a Payhip account for the project.
• Draft Timeline: Quality takes time! Please allow at least 14 business days from the date of your Discovery Call (and receipt of all necessary brand assets) to receive your first initial website draft.
• Revision Limit: To keep our project on track, this service includes three (3) rounds of revisions.
• Additional Edits: Any revision requests beyond the initial three rounds will be subject to an additional fee of $25 per round.
• Asset Delivery: Your 14-day timeline begins only once all high-resolution images, copy, and product details have been submitted. Delays in providing assets will result in a pushed-back delivery date.
