Welcome to LuloLeaf!

At LuloLeaf, we aim to provide high-quality digital colouring books, printable worksheets, and educational activity resources for children.

We want our customers to have a positive shopping experience.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through LuloLeaf are digital downloads unless otherwise specified.

Once payment is successfully completed, customers receive access to their purchased digital files through Payhip.

No physical products are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, customers may request assistance or a refund in situations including:

• Receiving an incorrect digital product.
• Receiving a corrupted or unusable file.
• Being charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Receiving a product that materially differs from its description.

We will review these situations fairly and provide a replacement, technical assistance, or an appropriate refund.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for instant-download digital products generally cannot be cancelled once the files have been made available.

If you accidentally place an order or experience a payment issue, please contact us promptly.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request assistance or a refund, please contact LuloLeaf through the Contact page on our website.

Include your order number, purchase email address, and a description of the issue.

We aim to respond within three business days.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Contact Us

For questions regarding refunds, cancellations, or digital purchases, please use the Contact page on our website.
