About Me
For years I’ve been drawn to the quiet power of reflection—pausing long enough to notice what’s growing in our lives and what we’re ready to release. The Lunar Alignment Collective grew out of that practice. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where people can slow down, reflect, and live more intentionally one cycle at a time.
I’ve always been a teacher, coach, and cheerleader at heart.
Growing up as the oldest of six children, I was the one organizing games of “school” and helping everyone learn something new. That instinct never really left me. Over the years I’ve taught music lessons, spent seven years teaching English in public and private schools, and coached adults around the in the area and around the world to help them grow in confidence and communication.
What I’ve learned along the way is that real growth rarely happens through pressure or perfection. It happens through intentional reflection, small shifts, and paying attention to what is unfolding in our lives.
That realization is what led me to create the Lunar Alignment Collective.
Each month the rhythm of the moon offers a simple invitation: to pause, set intentions, notice what is emerging, and release what no longer serves us. Through guided reflections, journaling practices, and community support, I help people build a rhythm of intentional living that brings greater clarity, alignment, and gentle momentum.
My role isn’t to tell you what your life should look like. It’s to create space and offer tools that help you listen to your own wisdom and move toward the life you want to create.
If you’re someone who wants to live more intentionally, reflect more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity, you’re in the right place. I invite you to explore the lunar practices, reflection tools, and circles available here.
A little about me personally: I live in Ohio in the United States and love journaling, meditation, pottery, and traveling whenever I can. I’m a Broadway musical fan, a lifelong learner, and the mom of six mostly-grown children. Our family loves good food, music, games, and spending time together. One of my favorite daily rituals is simply slowing down long enough to notice the small joys of life.
Thank you for being here. I’m so glad our paths crossed, and I’d love to support you on your journey.
Stay Radiant,
Rachel
