This agreement is between you (the "Licensee") and Luvdy. By using my assets/avatars, you confirm you are 18 or older and you have the basic knowledge to use my products.

GENERAL RULES:

• LuvdyLounge products are for VRChat use ONLY, not for AI, crypto, NFT, Sims, IMVU, or Second Life.
• No claiming, removing watermarks, or redistributing.
• Luvdy textures can’t be included in add-ons like tattoos.
• No refunds for digital goods. For support, contact us via Discord or email.
• Purchases are valid only from luvdylounge.com, or Gumroad archive.
• Proper credit with a hyperlink is required when using LuvdyLounge products.

FOR AVATARS:

• Personal use only. Social media posting is allowed with credit.
• You need to be atleast 18 years old to purchase due to NSFW features.
• Editing in Unity/Blender is fine, but don’t reuse assets in other projects.

FOR PAID ASSETS:

• Allowed on Completed Paid Avatars. Credit Required.
• Allowed on Free, Public, Nitro, and Server Free Avatars when the used assets are limited to three. You can DM for exceptions.

FOR FREE ASSETS:

• Can be used on commercial, public, and free avatars. Credit required.

FOR VR BASES:

• Allowed on Private Personal Avatars.
• Allowed on Completed Comercial avatars. Credit Required.
• Not Allowed on Free, Public, Nitro and Server Free Avatars. DM for exceptions.

IMPORTANT:

• License is valid only with correct checkout information.
• Violations may lead to a ban, DMCA, and fines.

Material Breach & Injunction

Any breach of these terms could cause irreparable harm to Luvdy. I reserve the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctions, without needing to post a bond. Luvdy takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously and will act against unauthorized activities.
