By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

GENERAL RULES

▸All purchases are final, I don't offer refunds due to it being a digital product.⤵

If you need help with uploading/support please reach out to me on Discord!

▸My avatars are intended for 18+ only.

▸Don’t extract or reuse parts, assets, or textures. Buy it directly from the original creator.

▸My models are intended exclusively for use in VRChat.

▸You may not claim my models as your own — this includes any edits.

▸License is only valid when correct information is provided at checkout.

If the Email or Usernames are misspelled, please reach out to me and inform me, that way your license will be valid!!

AVATARS

▸Basic knowledge of Unity is recommended before purchasing.

▸For personal use in VRChat. It can only be uploaded to your own VRChat account.

▸No reselling, sharing, trading, or splitting costs.

▸No public uploads or making them accessible to others.

▸ You are not allowed to ask anyone to upload my avatars to your account. Please reach out to me for help/uploads.

▸I am not responsible for maintaining or updating this avatar if future VRChat updates cause it to break.

GIFTING

▸You must use the gifting option at checkout.

▸You must enter the recipient’s correct information at checkout.

▸If the information is misspelled, the license won't be valid. ⤵

Please reach out to me and inform me, that way your license will be valid!

▸You can't buy the avatar and gift/upload it to a person by yourself. Please use the gifting option at checkout.

If you run into issues, please reach out to me on Discord — I’m happy to work something out, like lowering the price or finding another solution.

EDITING

▸You can edit or optimize the avatar.

▸Edits or the addition of new assets are done at your own risk — I do not provide technical support for modified versions.

▸You may not claim the edited models as your own.

MEDIA

▸If you use my avatars on social media posts, proper credit is required.

If someone asks for the avatar you must refer them to my store/links.

Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban from purchasing or accessing any of my products, now or in the future. If necessary, further legal action may also be taken.
