There are no additional fees to be a member of Magnetic Media for Makers other than the monthly or annual plan you sign up for.

From time to time we may suggest a tool or resource that we feel will be beneficial to our members. We only make recommendations on products/services we use and trust ourselves. Those third party tools/resources may have a fee and we will advise of such if they do.

We took great care to ensure that all of the elements, fonts, and graphics included in the templates were free and not Canva Pro features requiring a Canva Pro account or purchase. You will however need to register for Canva’s free plan to utilize our templates.

You may find that there are sample templates within our bundles that show you examples of a completed template with imagery and branded colors and fonts. Those samples will likely contain photos from the Canva Pro library which will require a membership to use. You will want to remove those samples from the bundle before downloading your finished image(s) as they are there for visual reference only to give you a design guide for your own images you’ll want to insert.

In the future we may choose to add bundles to our member library that are specifically marked as PRO or PREMIUM for Canva’s Pro Plan that will have those elements requiring a purchase to utilize. They will be indicated as such if we include them and will be as a bonus only and not a regular monthly drop.

If you don’t have Canva’s Pro plan and want to use any of their Pro fonts or Pro images or elements, additional minimal charges may apply through Canva only. Refer to our Terms of Service here for more information.

In other words, you may use our templates for what your client hired you to do for them but you may not share your membership with your client to use for their use, whether personal or for their business.

We only offer editable social media templates in Canva format at this time. However, we will from time to time provide various document templates for other business resources such as lead magnets that can be edited at a future date outside of Canva as they’ll be created without the Canva service so as to abide by their terms of use.

We highly recommend that you do so! Make it as close to your authentic brand as possible.

Everything is editable in our templates; including the font, text, colors, and elements. You can animate them as well and I’ll show you how!

At this time we do not offer customized templates but we are looking at offering this as a discounted bonus for our members in the near future depending on the demand. Your feedback is appreciated as we grow and move forward together!

We take great care and pride in our templates and as such, we test each template to ensure quality and usability. Because of their immediate accessibility as a digital download, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you come across any glitches or unfavorable issues with our templates, we of course will do our best to remedy the situation.
