Terms of Service
- NO Refunds! As I mean no refunds, I mean NO refunds. You're purchasing a digital product, that you download to your computer. Unless it is 100% MY FAULT and I am unable to fix it. I am also not responsible if VRChat updates break the model (I will try in my best ability to fix it). There is no refund.
- You must be 18+ to purchase my avatars.
- If you charge back the transaction without reaching out to me about the issue you have with your purchase first, you will be blacklisted from my server and from purchasing my models.
- If you do fail to put your discord/VRChat name (on purpose), your license is invalid and could lead to a blacklist. If you forget to put it by accident, make sure to contact me and let me know.
- No price splitting!
- Please do not buy the models if you have no unity knowledge!
- Don't claim the avatars as your own!
- Don't do small edits and sell the avatars on its own.
- Do NOT share/leak/rip the avatars, only upload it to your own account! No public uploads, no uploading to other accounts/public worlds!
- Don't share parts with others.
- I own commercial rights to all of the assets on the models, you CAN'T reuse anything from the models (textures, fbx files, assets)!
- Don't buy avatars for assets. (All parts must be purchased and used directly from the original creators)!
- YOU CAN do small edits, add things, color changes;
- You can use the models for TikTok, Instagram, twitch (except as a vtuber model), youtube, etc. with proper credit to my store.
- You can use my avatars on other VR platforms (basic rules apply, but you have to do the conversion yourself);
- By buying you will get a personal, private license of my avatars.
- If you can't upload the avatars on your own and asking a friend to do it, they must obtain the package from my store page first. Please do not send the package to them directly. Otherwise, it will be considered as leaking. (This applies to free models, for paid models the other person must purchase the copy to upload it to your account);
