You can use these effects on After Effects! When you download the files, import them into your workspace and use them however you'd like!

Press 'U' on your keyboard and move the keyframes to fit your clip!

When you have your clip selected, click "Animation" at the top and click "Apply animation preset"! Then you can apply any preset you would like:)
