When I first began this journey of self-awareness, it often felt like I was taking two steps forward and one step back. But with time, patience, and a lot of letting go, I realized something profound: the answers I sought weren’t out there—they were within me.

Through deep listening, learning from others, and embracing my own experiences, I started to see myself—and the world—through a new lens. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been deeply transformative. I’m endlessly grateful to the incredible people, places, and spiritual teachers who have illuminated my path. They’ve taught me a truth I carry with me always:

What I know now is something I’ve known all along—there is a guiding light within each of us. The difference is that I’ve learned how to listen, how to turn inward with awareness, and how to take responsibility for my words and actions with compassion.
