1. Introduction

By purchasing or downloading the Minimalist Screensaver ("the Product") from Krishna Taneja's Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

2. License and Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

• Permitted Use: You may install the Product on your personal devices.
• Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original files with third parties. You may not reverse engineer or modify the software for resale.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and 5K textures remain the sole property of Krishna Taneja. This purchase is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership.

4. No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned," and therefore no refunds will be issued.

• Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion only in cases of technical defects that we are unable to resolve.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties that the Product will be compatible with all future software updates or that it will be 100% free of minor defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishna Taneja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or computer malfunction) arising from the use of the Product.

7. Delivery of Product

Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link immediately following a successful purchase. We are not responsible for your failure to download the product due to internet connectivity issues.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panipat.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• Digital Content Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Minimalist Screensaver are final. Once the product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the software has been downloaded, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds.
• Failed Transactions: If a payment is made but you do not receive a download link due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. In accordance with Indian consumer regulations, verified failed transactions will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.
• Defective Products: While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," we are committed to your satisfaction. We will first attempt to provide a technical fix or a replacement file. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
• Cancellations: For one-time purchases, there is no "cancellation" once the order is processed. If you have accidental duplicate purchases, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours for a manual review and potential refund of the duplicate charge.
