This Non-Exclusive Commercial License grants you the right to use the included digital assets for commercial and personal purposes under the terms outlined below.
By downloading, accessing, or using the files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the conditions of this license.
1. Grant of License
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product and its included files for permitted commercial and personal purposes, subject to the restrictions listed in this agreement.
This license may be terminated if the licensee breaches the terms of this agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
You are allowed to:
- Use the files in permitted commercial and personal projects, including client work, advertisements, social media content, YouTube videos, and similar projects, excluding TV broadcast, television programming, film distribution, and other restricted uses specified in this agreement.
- Modify or customize the files to fit your needs.
- Use the final rendered output in unlimited personal or commercial end products, provided that the original files or substantially similar assets are not distributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available for extraction.
3. Restrictions
You are NOT allowed to:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the MOV file (.mov), After Effects project file (.aep), or any included assets, whether original or modified.
- Claim the original source files or assets as your own work.
- Use the files in any trademark, logo, or service mark without permission.
- Use the files for TV broadcast, television programming, film distribution, or other broadcast media without purchasing the appropriate license. These uses require a separate license.
- Use the files in templates, stock footage, stock assets, or products intended for resale or redistribution.
- Upload, distribute, or make the files available on asset libraries, marketplaces, template platforms, file-sharing websites, or similar services.
- Grant third parties access to the original editable project files or included assets.
- Transfer or sublicense this license to another person or entity.
4. Ownership
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original project files, assets, or other included materials.
All rights, title, and ownership of the original files and assets remain with the creator.
This is a non-exclusive license, meaning the same product may be licensed to other customers.
5. License Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate any of the terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the licensed files and delete the original files and any copies in your possession or control.
6. No Warranty
The digital product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The creator does not guarantee that the files will meet every specific requirement or be compatible with every version of the software or system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the digital product.
The creator's total liability relating to the purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise provided at the creator's discretion.
9. Scope of License
This license applies only to the specific digital product and files included in the corresponding Payhip purchase.
It does not grant rights to any other products, assets, project files, or materials created or distributed by the creator.
