We were away from our X account for a week or two when we logged back in to do some work. Suddenly, the hottest new trend in the FTU is antagonizing competing brands and their products. It's not something we like, and it's creating a lot of dissonance in the FTU. So let us ask you blatantly: what are you proving?
There's nothing to prove in the FTU, and let me explain to you why: nothing exists in the real world. So what? If your phone has a better display than the others, what does that prove? People buy more of it? You're making more money? You have better customer satisfaction? None of it is there in the real world.
Small competition in the FTU is fine - for example, a sudden competition to create new products because other companies are making them. That's natural - it's human nature to be like those around us. However, it's not okay to make other companies feel bad by disdaining their similar products. We need to be aware that the people behind the screen are human. They have feelings (so you shouldn't make posts comparing your products with others nor should you comment negatively on the comparisons).
Apparently, it was the general consensus to ignore the people you disagree with after the last incident in the FTU. And apparently, we've all learned our lessons. Please use caution when online so we can build a healthier and better FTU.
