To gain your product, you must open a ticket in our communications server and sending proof of purchase to alert us that you have bought it. By doing this, we can issue you a license connected to you roblox account to grant you access to the product.

Due to our licensing, you have to have HTTPS and API requests enabled in your games settings, if this is enabled but you still cannot get your product to work, open a support ticket in our communications server and we can diagnose the problem.

No. As of our Terms of Use, you may not resell, or use products that you own in games that you do not. You may use the products you own in groups (communities) that you are the owner of. We also prohibit product usage if the group is held by a 'group holder' account, and the product owner is the secondary owner of the community. Using any product on games you do not own is reasoning for a blacklist, where you lose your license, no matter if you payed for it. NetPox PLC holds the right to revoke any license.

Product Reselling

We strictly prohibit the reselling of our products and/or services. Our products and services are intended for personal use and are not to be bought or obtained for the purpose of resale or distribution. Unlicensed Installations

To ensure that our standards are kept high, all installations without correct licensing are strictly prohibited. Anyone who may wish to install products must undergo training and examinations to determine whether they should be suitable to install.
